 Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Movie Synopsis

Shuri, the sister of T'Challa, the king of Wakanda, believes that the "heart-shaped herb" can treat an illness that is causing him to pass away. After Erik Killmonger destroyed the herb, Shuri tries to recreate it synthetically[a], but she fails before T'Challa dies.

After a year, some parties are attempting to forcefully steal the vibranium, and other nations are pressuring Wakanda to share it. Queen Ramonda begs Shuri to continue her research on the herb with a heart shape in the hopes of creating a new Black Panther to defend Wakanda. However, Shuri refuses because she believes the Black Panther is a historical figure. A vibranium-detecting machine is used by SEALs from the CIA and the United States Navy to locate an underwater vibranium deposit in the Atlantic Ocean. The CIA believes Wakanda to be to blame when a group of blue-skinned, water-breathing superhumans led by Namor attack and kill the expedition. Namor easily defies Wakanda's advanced security to confront Ramonda and Shuri. He issues an ultimatum to them, blaming Wakanda for the vibranium race: Or he will attack Wakanda if you give him the scientist who made the vibranium-detecting machine.
