England, 1940: When bombs trap eight youngsters in the basement of their shelter, their educator, Miss Shaw, peruses them a story. As the story unfurls, they are supernaturally shipped to an ageless, legendary island, where they witness the tale of Darkness and Light, and of how their association and their contention created the Iris Warriors, the seven shades of the rainbow which permeate the world with shading. As the candles consume low and bombs keep on falling around them, Darkness, similar to a dark widow insect, looks for on the obliteration of her beautiful kids. Miss Shaw and the vagrants start to expect that neither they nor the Iris Warriors will endure the infringing obscurity.
