 Poms Movie Synopsis

Martha is a contemplative lady who moves to a retirement network that has shuffleboard, golf, bowling and different exercises. Wanting to be disregarded, she meets Sheryl, a carefree neighbor who demands that they become best buddies. In the wake of leaving her shell, Martha and her new companion choose to shape a cheerleading squad with their kindred occupants. As the two ladies hold tryouts, they before long discover that it's never past the point where it is possible to pursue your fantasies, notwithstanding when the situation is anything but favorable for you.
