The sisters are two brothers, Charlie and Eli, starring Joaquin Phoenix and John C Reilly. The two are brutal assassins who know about the existence of life beyond guns and fights. Red with the blood of culprits as well as innocents, they both question each others methods. The elder brother Eli is supportive of his younger brothers assassination methods but is also cynical about the thought of living a normal life. The sisters brothers embark on a journey across Northwest, stopping at the Oregon mountains meet the Commodore who gives them the assignment of killing a chemist Hermann Warm and steal his wealth making formula. Things start to toll up when a detective, John Morris joins hands with Harmann who is supposed to be on the siblings├óÔé¼Ôäó side.
