White boy Rick, directed by Yann Demange is an American crime drama set in the populous city of Detroit in the USA. The story revolves around the impactful true incident of a teenage lad famously known as “White boy Rick” i.e. Rick Wershe starring Richie Merritt and his white collar father Richard Wershe Sr. starring Matthew McConaughey. Rick Wershe becomes an undercover agent for the FBI and a renowned drug dealer at the tender age of 16. Eventually, his crimes get discovered and later he is sentenced to life imprisonment.
